Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 15, 2026
This policy explains what Nerve Link collects through nervelinksf.com, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website only — if we build a system for your company, how that system handles your customers' data is set out separately in our agreement with you.
Who we are
Nerve Link is a service business operating in Washington State. We build speed-to-lead response systems and automation for roofing contractors. We have no physical location open to the public.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the booking form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and optionally your company name and whatever you write in the message field. We only ask for what we need to return your call.
Information collected automatically. If website analytics are enabled, we collect standard usage data: pages viewed, time on page, approximate geographic region (city or metro level, derived from IP address), device and browser type, and the site or search that referred you. This is aggregate traffic information — we are not trying to identify individual visitors from it.
What we don't collect. We don't ask for or store payment card details on this site, and we don't collect sensitive categories of personal information such as health, biometric, or precise location data.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a call.
- To follow up about services you asked about.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful and improve them.
- To keep the site secure and functioning, including filtering spam submissions.
Calls, emails, and text messages
By submitting the booking form with your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or text message about your inquiry. This is conversational contact about the request you made — we do not add form submissions to a marketing text list, and we don't send automated promotional campaigns to people who filled out this form.
You can stop contact at any time: reply STOP to any text message, or tell us in a reply to any email or call. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with the service providers that make this business run:
- Website hosting — Vercel, which serves this site and processes form submissions in transit.
- Analytics — Google Analytics, if enabled, for aggregate traffic measurement.
- Customer relationship tools — the CRM and automation platform we use to track inquiries and follow up, which for our own business may include GoHighLevel.
These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms. We may also disclose information where legally required, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers. If analytics are enabled, Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish returning visits and measure sessions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on to prevent Google Analytics collection entirely. The site works normally either way.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where our tools support them.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the life of the business relationship plus a reasonable period afterward for records and tax purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no legal obligation to keep it, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your information.
- Stop contacting you.
Just ask — we don't require you to prove residency in a particular state to exercise these. We'll respond within a reasonable time and won't treat you differently for asking.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect and who can access it, which is the most effective protection available.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and operators. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the "last updated" date above and post the revised version here.
